Week 3

What an exciting week we have had - a very memorable trip to Araiteuru Marae on Wednesday, then our turn to do the assembly item on Thursday.
The students were great at the Marae on Wednesday, showing respect to the occasion, enthusiasm in the activities, diligence and perseverance when the tasks were quite challenging, excellence in their waiata performance of Harreuia, and citizenship in the ways they helped each other.
Here are a few of the photos that give a glimpse of the day.

On Thursday Miss Benington helped us to complete a human slide show about our day at the Marae. This was our assembly item that afternoon. Unfortunately the camera wasn't able to hold the whole item - it missed the last 30 seconds - but here is a link to most of it.
