We have a "Days to Christmas" plaque in Room 8, which Ryder changes every day. Only a month to go now!
This week we had an interesting water feature outside the classroom door, as I'm sure many people had at home as well. Fortunately it has gone now and everyone has enjoyed the sun and the outdoors.
As part of our Water for Life studies, we designed, made and tested water wheels. Some of them were really successful.

Lao Shi Dan Ning taught us to use chop sticks - much trickier than it looks! Especially if you're hungry.

Our own Kapa Haka students gave us a personal performance, ahead of their very successful presentation at the A and P show today.

Ashley and Porshia did a stunning job of leading Ka Panapana in the Cross recreation Centre.

Next week will be all about swimming, quadrathon for some on Tuesday, and of course the fair on Friday night. See you there!

We have enjoyed getting to know Miss Dowling, and having an extra teacher in the classroom, taking groups this week. Miss Dowling is coming on camp with us.

Now it's all go for camp, and the weather forecast so far is looking pretty good!

Last week of term 3
